In 1992 company Metrum-CryoFlex was established as Metrum Zaklad Aparatury Medycznej, starting manufacture of apparatus for cryosurgery. Dynamical development of those apparatus, in which nitrous suboxide has been used as a working medium, started in 1997.

The Cryo-S apparatus is still the most modern device of this type worldwide and is unquestionable leader on the Polish market. It has full set of cryoprobes. It is the most advanced technologically and the most frequently sold cryosurgical equipment. Cryo-S already serves to doctors in Korea, Thailand, France, Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Romania, Czech Republic, Mexico and other countries.

Our non-conventional approach of low temperature application in medicine has caused results in form of the new cryotherapy apparatus Cryo-T, in which carbon dioxide has been used as the working medium for local cooling of the human body.

As the first company in the world we used direct injection of liquid air into cryochambers ARCTICA for whole body cryotherapy. These devices already work in Poland, Czech Republic and Great Britain.

Apparatus for ozonotherapy as well as pressure massage and others made by our team are working in many places with success for the medical staff and patients.

Metrum - CryoFlex complies with proper medical and technical norms, like EN ISO 9001:2000 and EN ISO 13485:2003, TUV NORD allows us to mark our products with CE 0044 for confirmation of complyty with MDD 93/42/EEC.
