The Cryo-S serie devices are designed for local, fast and effective freezing of tissue with changeable contact or spray cryoprobes. During freezing in cryoprobe tip a nitrous suboxide's (N2O) decompresion took place with fast decreasing of tip's temperature to -89 deg.C (184K). Instead of N2O carbon dioxide is allowed to supply the controller.
In the proctological version the Cryo-S controller is equipped with small pneumatic vacuum for healing haemorrhoids using Barron's method.
