KRS 0000966391, NIP 5272320862, REGON 016446427, I hereby announce that the company was transformed on 31 December 2025 from a limited liability company into a joint-stock company (entry of the company as a joint-stock company formed from the transformation of a limited liability company in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register).
The change in legal form from a limited liability company to a joint-stock company, and consequently the change in the company's name, does not affect the continuity and manner of the Company's operations. Pursuant to the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code, the transformed Company has all the rights and obligations of a limited liability company. The transformation does not affect any previously concluded agreements, existing liabilities and receivables - in terms of civil law relations, the content of all legal relations (especially agreements) between the limited liability company and other entities remains unchanged. In connection with the transformation of the limited liability company into the joint-stock Company, the current address, tax identification number NIP and statistical identification number REGON as well as its bank account numbers remain unchanged; the National Court Register number (KRS) and the company name are subject to change.
