We would like to inform you that METRUM CRYOFLEX S.A., with its registered office at ul. Zielna 29, 05-082 Stare Babice, as the Controller of your personal data, processes information from public and generally available sources (including the Internet) as well as from its own records. Some of this information may qualify as personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR").

Accordingly, in line with applicable data protection law — in particular the GDPR — and in order to guarantee data subjects the exercise of their rights, the data controller is required to provide the information specified in Articles 13 or 14 GDPR regarding the processing of personal data.

  • Your personal data is or may be processed by the Controller for the following purposes:
  1. Taking steps prior to concluding, concluding, and performing a contract with you, including handling any complaints related to the services provided — legal basis: necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  2. Potential securing and pursuit of claims — legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely ensuring payment security and the performance of the parties' obligations;
  3. Adding new business partners to customer databases and records — legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely ensuring efficient organization and maintaining cooperation;
  4. Proper execution of commercial agreements regarding payments, whether by traditional bank transfer or via payment gateways (ING imoje, PayU, Polcard) — personal data (name, address, phone number, email address) processed as part of recorded bank statements and payment-gateway reports — legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), namely ensuring efficient organization and maintaining cooperation;
  5. Marketing purposes — legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), through direct marketing of its products and services. Marketing will be carried out in particular by adding you to customer databases, sending requested information and marketing offers to the email address provided, and presenting them by phone.

  • To the extent processing is carried out for marketing purposes, you may object to such processing at any time.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  • Providing personal data is voluntary, but required to receive marketing materials and to conclude and perform a contract.
  • The Controller does not make automated decisions, including profiling.

The website collects information via cookies — session, persistent, and third-party. Cookies are IT data stored on users' end devices, used for browsing websites; in particular, text files containing the name of the website they come from, their storage period on the end device, and a unique number.
