  3. Your personal data is or can be processed in the following cases:
  • to start cooperation with your company on the basis of the mutual agreement (actions before and during the agreement), including potential complaint management connected with services offered – – the processing is lawful if it is necessary for the purposes connected with the agreement (pursuant to 6 (1) (b) of GDPR);
  • to secure and settle any potential claims – the processing is lawful if it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator (pursuant to 6 (1) (f) of GDPR), which is assuring the security of payments and implementing of commitments of both parties;
  • to include new clients in the databases – the processing is lawful if it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator (pursuant to 6 (1) (f) of GDPR) – to maintain cooperation and assure administrator’s proper organization;
  • marketing purposes – the processing is lawful if it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator (pursuant to  6 (1) (f) of GDPR), by direct marketing of sales and services. Marketing will be conducted by means of including you in the databases, sending information regarding your orders and sending materials to a given email address /presenting them over the phone.
  1. Your personal details can be given to data-processing institutions on instruction from the administrator: IT services providers, shipping companies, legal and accounting firms cooperating with the administrator, marketing agencies, sole traders working commissioned by the administrator.
  2. Your personal data will be processed in the following time frames:
  • legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, unless you object to data processing for the marketing purposes;
  • time – stated in the contract necessary to execute it, limitation periods of extinguishing of claims and storage period of financial documents connected with the contract (if such agreement has been concluded).
